Since 2019

The owners, Sue and Evan, started A-Z Aquatic in a back building in 2019. In 2021 we expanded to our new 2400 sq. ft. purpose built building on our property.

Sue is the true fishkeeper with 35+ years in freshwater and over a quarter century in marine. She is truly a gold-mine of knowledge and experience.

Sue owns or manages several of the areas prominent social media sites. She owns DFW Fish Keepers and DFW Amphibian and Reptile on Facebook and Band. Nationally and internationally she manages Monster Fishkeepers, Planted Tanks & Community Fish, etc.. Combined her groups number over 120,000 members.

In 2012 we co-founded the Dallas Fort Worth Aquarium Association. We started out with swaps/trades at local businesses and have grown it into our EXPO’s that typically have around 90 tables and over 50 vendors per show. We also try to hold at least one auction per year.

We can also rescue just about any animal. If we can’t house it we have a network of fellow rescuers who can take care of virtually any animal. We rescue fish and reptiles of all kinds. We re-home to classroom teachers free. We try to include surrendered enclosures if possible. We also give a 10% discount to teachers who visit our shop.
